Dr. Dorcas Mworsho

Dr. Dorcas Mworsho is in the Global Private Industry sector at The Dieng Group. She is a seasoned educator and management leader with over 20 years of experience in organizational management and program implementation, alongside more than a decade of university teaching. Her expertise spans global leadership, organizational development, and social justice. Her work integrates policy development, governance, and learning design to drive sustainable transformation. Her global perspective is shaped by lived and professional experiences across Israel, Australia, the United States, and Canada. She is Founder and Team Leader of the Academy Leadership Program at Community Pentecostal Church in Ottawa, launched in September 2025 to mentor the next generation of Christian leaders. Dr. Mworsho is the author of a published book, two journal articles, and two academic conference presentations, with a Palgrave publication titled “Leading Change Across Cultures.” Her achievements have been recognized through the Ford Foundation International Fellowship and the AAUW International Fellowship. Her work bridges scholarship, service, and faith to build resilient communities and inspire future generations.
