Nefferitti is the President & Founder at The Dieng Group (TDG), managing the Global Governmental Agency sector. She has a diverse background in small to medium-scale foreign direct investment initiatives and in policy and governance development, implementation, evaluation, and compliance for organizations and governmental bodies receiving grants. Her specialist experience spans the United States, South America, West Africa, and India. She is committed to building transformative bridges between Africa and the global marketplace through strategic partnerships, economic empowerment, workforce development, investment facilitation, education, innovation, and sustainable international collaboration. She is pursuing her Ph.D. in Global Leadership & Change at Pepperdine University (ABD: Dissertation), researching how policymakers leverage public-private partnerships to stimulate economic growth through urban renewal and revitalization. Her global study tours span Senegal, The Gambia, Ethiopia, India, Colombia, Honduras, Cuba, Haiti, Puerto Rico, Germany, and Spain. Nefferitti has helped manage the Neighborhood Stabilization Program and other U.S. federal grants under HUD and CDBG programs. Her prior experience includes assisting a partner of J. Sagar & Associates in India with mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and contract review and drafting. She has also authored comparative policy and human-rights research and supported international law conferences in the United States, India, and Germany.
