By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Site.

The Dieng Group, LLC operates as a limited liability company with operations in the United States and the Republic of Senegal.

2.Description of Services

The Dieng Group, LLC provides consulting, advisory, and governance services related to business expansion, regulatory compliance, and institutional development across the African continent. Information on the Site, including service descriptions, case studies, and general guidance, is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional advice specific to any individual or organization’s circumstances.

Any engagement for professional consulting services beyond general Site content will be governed by a separate, signed agreement between the Company and the client, and such agreement will take precedence over these Terms in the event of a conflict.

3.Eligibility

By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

5.User Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DIENG GROUP, LLC, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable U.S. or Senegalese law.

10.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Dieng Group, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

11.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Given the Company’s operations in both the United States and the Republic of Senegal, these Terms are governed as follows:

  • All users: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Marion County, Indiana.
  • Senegalese users: Users accessing the Site from Senegal are additionally subject to applicable Senegalese law, including the Loi sur la Protection des Données à Caractère Personnel.

12.Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms through good-faith negotiation. Any dispute not resolved through negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Indianapolis, Indiana, administered by the Indiana Association of Mediators.

13.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14.Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Company, other users, or third parties.

15.Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
